For the Autostadt Wolfsburg, Designliga developed the interactive exhibition design “AI & You”. The exhibition combines innovative spatial concepts with multimedia communication and offers visitors an immersive experience around the topic of Artificial Intelligence.

Goal & Concept

How does AI change our lives – and how can we make it understandable?
“AI and You” invites visitors of all ages to playfully discover artificial intelligence. The goal was to reduce inhibitions, spark curiosity, and address critical questions – through an exhibition experience that appeals emotionally while also informing.

Visitors explore the “KI und DU” exhibition at the Autostadt.

Design & Implementation

The exhibition combines communication design, interior architecture, and interactive experiences into a holistic spatial concept. Eight thematic areas guide through history, opportunities, risks, and everyday situations with AI.

At the center is the experience: Touchscreens, sensors, mechanical interaction, and media staging make abstract topics tangible. The design was developed and implemented in close collaboration with curators and technology partners.

Visual & Spatial Design

A reduced, modular communication design with clear typography, icons, and signal colors makes complex content accessible. The spatial architecture incorporates technological aesthetics – with warm materials, clear guidance, and atmospheric lighting.

All exhibits are an integral part of the space – robust, intuitive, and low-barrier.
