on3 Brand: TV, Radio & Events in a Unified Design
on3 is the youth platform of Bayerischer Rundfunk. Around the positioning "on3 activates the youth of Bavaria," content from the fields of media, music, culture, and politics is bundled for the young core target group between 15 and 25 years.
The independent youth events, TV formats, and radio programs receive a bracket with the brand on3. Colloquially, "on" is the state of being online. The digit 3 stands in so-called Leetspeak for the letter "E." The design of the logo works through the idea that "on3" can also be read as "one." Because on3 integrates as a platform the communication channels TV, radio, and event, and as an umbrella brand the format-related sub-brands such as on3 Radio, on3 Südwild, and on3 Startrampe.
