The Audi charging hub is the brand's vision for a contemporary charging experience. With this mobile fast-charging concept, ideas for the future of charging are being tested at the pilot site in Nuremberg. The insights gained help to further develop the concept.

Range anxiety is one of the main reasons against buying an electric vehicle in Germany. At the same time, electromobility is growing faster than the charging infrastructure.

In addition, there is the technical challenge of high-performance network connections in urban areas.
Solution – Brand Experience and Interior Design
The Audi Charging Hub combines charging infrastructure with high-quality interior design. The integrated lounge creates a space where customers can work, relax, or use services while their vehicle charges.
This creates a "Third Place" that connects electromobility with brand staging and customer experience.
Solution – Modular Technology and Energy Infrastructure
At the center is the PowerCube with energy management, high power charging, and buffer storage from second-life batteries.
Charged with green electricity at night, it enables high charging capacities during the day – even with limited grid infrastructure. The modular system is scalable, flexible, and future-proof.
